Joining the program

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter this agreement. If you act for a business or organization, you confirm that you can bind it. A verified PencilGo creator account and a PayPal account that can receive payments are required.

Your content

You keep ownership of your resources. You give PencilGo a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, display, preview, distribute, and promote submitted resources and cover images while they are listed, and to retain records needed for security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations.

You confirm that each submission is yours or properly licensed, is accurate, is suitable for the stated audience, and does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or malicious files.

Qualified downloads

During this pilot, one qualified download earns 10¢. A download qualifies when an email-verified, signed-in PencilGo user who is not the creator downloads an approved resource for the first time. Anonymous downloads, previews, repeat downloads of the same resource by the same user, creator self-downloads, automated traffic, and activity PencilGo reasonably identifies as manipulated or fraudulent do not qualify.

We use account and privacy-protected technical signals to count downloads and prevent abuse. Dashboard counts may change when credits are reviewed, rejected, reversed, or corrected.

Review and payment

Credits remain pending for 30 days. Eligible balances of at least $10 may be scheduled for payment through PayPal after administrative review. The first payment is capped at $50 while PencilGo verifies traffic quality. Remaining valid credits stay on the account for later review. Payment timing is not guaranteed, and PayPal may require the recipient to claim a payment.

PencilGo may pause, reject, withhold, reverse, or recover rewards connected to duplicate accounts, bots, incentives that misrepresent the program, creator self-dealing, rights disputes, chargebacks, technical errors, or other abuse. Creators are responsible for taxes, PayPal account eligibility, and accurate account details.

Review, removal, and program changes

PencilGo reviews resources before publication and may reject, unpublish, or remove a resource or creator account. You may remove a resource from your creator workspace; historical download and payment records may be retained.

PencilGo may change or end the pilot. A new reward rate or qualification rule applies prospectively after notice and acceptance of updated terms; earned valid credits remain subject to the version accepted when they were created.

PencilGo does not promise traffic, downloads, earnings, ranking, or continued availability. The general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.
