Adding and subtracting mixed numbers with the same denominator means working with the fractions and the whole numbers, and making or breaking a whole when needed. Each sheet has eight sums and eight differences, in turn, and your child writes each answer on the line. Building Confidence never carries or borrows, and the other levels do on about half the problems.
