PencilGo
Listing, claiming your business, program status and your workspace. Still stuck? Send us a message at the bottom of this page.
No. Listing in the PencilGo provider directory is free, and PencilGo takes no fee from your sales.
Your business name, website, a contact name and private contact email, a plain description of 40 to 900 characters, one to four categories, the grades you serve, and each state program you serve with how families pay you there. List your business.
A person reviews every listing within 3 business days and emails you when it is live. Your listing gets its own public page address.
Open your listing in the provider directory and choose Claim this listing. Give your name, work email and your role at the business; a public link that shows your connection, such as a page on your website, helps the review. PencilGo reviews the request and replies by email. Once approved, sign in with that email to manage the listing.
Many listings come from public program provider lists (see sources). You can claim the listing to correct or complete it, or ask for it to be removed.
Each state you serve has its own status. Vendor-reported means the program information came from you or a public list and PencilGo has not yet checked it. Checked means PencilGo matched it against the program's official records and keeps the source.
Make sure your business appears on the program's own provider list under the name you use in PencilGo. PencilGo checks against those official records; a listing is never marked Checked on the vendor's word alone.
Use vendor sign-in with the email on your approved listing or claim, by password or Google. Your email must be verified.
Your website, description, logo, price note, public email and phone, hours, address, offerings with prices, free resources, frequently asked questions and other public details. Some changes are reviewed before they go live.
Visits to your page and clicks to your website, booking link and resources over the period you choose; inquiries from families, which you can mark as contacted; and a printable brochure builder.
Through their state program, not through PencilGo. Depending on the program that is its marketplace (such as ClassWallet or Odyssey), an invoice or reimbursement, or another route you describe. Families search for you by the business name you use with the program, so keep it the same in PencilGo. Each state's steps are in How to pay.
Edit it in your workspace, or email [email protected] to request a change or removal.
Questions about your listing, a claim, program status or your workspace. A person at PencilGo reads every message and replies by email.
