In your program account, submit the quote or invoice for payment and look for the vendor name PencilGo. Check that your program accepts the chosen plan and follow its current instructions.
Your program decides whether to approve the expense and pay PencilGo through ClassWallet. Once payment is confirmed we'll arrange online access and any printed workbook shipment.

Ask the vendor for an invoice or quote made out to the program. Submit it through your program's expense or reimbursement process. Wait for the program's decision before treating the purchase as covered.
