How to pay a vendor in Florida

    Find the vendor in EMA / MyScholarShop (Step Up)

    Search the EMA / MyScholarShop (Step Up) marketplace for the vendor or the offering, or check the program's approved-provider list. An offering must be listed and approved before it can be bought.

    Submit the purchase

    Choose the category that matches the item. Categories the program flags need prior approval before the order is placed.

  3. 3

    Keep your receipt

    The program stores the record, but keep a copy for your records through the school year in case the program asks for it.
