About this worksheet

A coordinate grid has two number lines that cross at zero. An ordered pair names a point: the first number says how far to go right, and the second says how far to go up. On this sheet the grid has four lettered points, and the child writes the ordered pair for each one.

Start at 0, count right along the bottom, then count up, and write the numbers in that order with a comma between them.

  • Start at the origin (0, 0)
  • Count right for the first number
