A decimal is a fraction written another way: 0. 7 is seven tenths, and 0. 55 is fifty-five hundredths. Turning a decimal into a fraction means reading the last place, writing the digits over 10 or 100, and then simplifying.
This fifth grade sheet has twenty decimals, tenths and hundredths, and the child writes each as a fraction in simplest form. Each version has different decimals, and the answer key shows every fraction fully simplified.
