Red, yellow and blue come first, and then children meet the colors that are harder to name on their own: pink, black, white and grey. This page gives pink and black a sheet each, so the child can use one crayon for the whole page. The pictures are plain outlines of everyday things, and none of them has to be the color it is colored: a pink ball is as good a pink as a pink flower.
Say the color name aloud when the crayon goes down and say it again when the picture is done. Coloring inside the line is practice for the pencil control letters need, so praise the effort and not the neatness. White and grey have no crayon swatch yet, so they wait for a later page.
