How to buy in Florida

Find the vendor in EMA / MyScholarShop (Step Up)
Search the EMA / MyScholarShop (Step Up) marketplace for the vendor or the offering, or check the program's approved-provider list. An offering must be listed and approved before it can be bought.

Submit the purchase
Choose the category that matches the item. Categories the program flags need prior approval before the order is placed.

Keep your receipt
The program stores the record, but keep a copy for your records through the school year in case the program asks for it.

Can I buy PencilGo with Family Empowerment Scholarships and PEP?
In onboarding queue. PencilGo is in the provider onboarding queue. Provider approval and a PencilGo ESA purchase route have not been confirmed.
Do free worksheets count as an ESA purchase?
No. Free worksheets cost nothing, so there is nothing to submit to the program. ESA funds pay for the paid plans: online practice with checked work and parent reports, or the printed workbook.
Before using ESA funds. Provider approval or a marketplace listing does not approve every product or confirm that a funded purchase can be made.
