Ensemble Therapy is a locally owned group mental health practice in Austin, Texas, specializing in play therapy and relationship-centered care for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Founded in 2015, our practice is built on the belief that meaningful growth happens through connection, understanding, and the safety of being seen and accepted for who we are.Our services include individual therapy, play therapy, parent consultations and coaching, family support, occupational therapy, and therapeutic groups. We also offer caregiver workshops, professional training, and continuing education for mental health professionals.Guided by our core values of presence, connection, playfulness, growth, and equity, our mission is to create an inclusive, compassionate space where children and families feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
