Texas Comptroller / Odyssey keeps the official list for Texas Education Freedom Accounts; start at Texas Education Freedom Accounts. This page will list vendors that report serving Texas families as they list themselves, with how to pay each one; none has yet.
Each listing names how it is paid. The program reviews the purchase before the vendor is paid.
Texas Education Freedom Accounts funds may cover approved private-school and online-course tuition; instructional materials and uniforms; tutoring, transportation and educational therapies; technology up to the annual category cap. A provider’s approval does not make every offering eligible. Enhanced disability funding requires the program’s specific IEP documentation.
Texas-resident children eligible for public or charter school, kindergarten, or qualifying free public pre-K may apply. Statutory income and disability priorities control lottery order.
