No. Each program keeps its own list, and the official page is linked from every state guide. This directory groups vendors by state and shows how each one is paid. Listings are vendor-reported until PencilGo checks the program's records.

How do I pay a vendor with ESA funds?

Through the route the program uses: ClassWallet, Odyssey marketplace, State program marketplace, Invoice or reimbursement. Each listing names its route and the steps. The program reviews the purchase before the vendor is paid, so do not buy first and assume reimbursement.

Can I buy worksheets or curriculum with ESA funds?

Most programs cover curriculum, textbooks and documented supplemental materials, each with its own conditions. Open your state guide for the current list of eligible expenses, then confirm the exact item in the program before buying.
