What records does Colorado ask me to keep?
Attendance data, test and evaluation results, and immunization records. The state page says to keep them permanently and to produce them for the district that received your letter of intent when it asks.
PencilGoColorado asks you to send a letter of intent each year and to keep three kinds of records at home. The Colorado Department of Education's page is the source for everything below.

The state page says the department cannot give homeschool advice. Questions about your own situation go to your district or a Colorado homeschool group.

It prepares attendance, estimated hours and dated work samples from your scans and weekly log. You keep your test results and immunization records. PencilGo does not tell you that you meet Colorado law and does not file anything.
Coming as we finish reading the law: Missouri, Utah, New Hampshire, Alabama, California, Delaware and more.
Print a sheet, scan it when it’s done, and PencilGo adds the date, subject and about how long it took. Free, about five minutes a day, and no screen time for your child.
